What to Expect During Liver Transplant Surgery?
इस वीडियो में हम जानेंगे की लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट कैसे होता है और ट्रांसप्लांट के बाद पेशंट की रिकवरी (Recovery) कैसे होती है। लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट के दो टाइप होते है लिविंग डोनर (Living Donor )और डिसीज्ड डोनर ( Deceased Donor )। दोनों की प्रोसेस अलग अलग हो सकती है। लिविंग डोनर लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट (Living Donor Liver Transplant) प्रोसेस में पेशंट को एक दिन पहले एडमिट किया जाता है। आपके पुरे रिपोर्ट्स की दोबारा जाँच की जाती है और कुछ टेस्ट किये जाते है।
रिपोर्ट्स जाँच करने के बाद आपकी वीडियो और लिखित सहमति ली जाता है जिसमे आपको ट्रांसप्लांट प्रोसेस, उसके कॉम्प्लीकेशन्स के बारे में जानकारी दी है। ट्रांसप्लांट के कुछ घंटे पहले आप कुछ भी नहीं खा सकते है। Procedure के पहले आपको सलाइन और IV फ्लुइड्स दिए जाते है। डिसीज्ड डोनर लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट में, जब कोई cadaver या ऑर्गन (Organ) मिल जाता है तो आपको ट्रांसप्लांट के लिए बुलाया जाता है। यह ट्रांसप्लांट Emergency बेसिस पे होता है। आपको ऑर्गन मिलते ही कभी भी बुलाया जा सकता है।
उसके बाद का प्रोसेस लिविंग डोनर लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट जैसे ही होता है। दोनों प्रकार के लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट प्रोसेस में पहले डोनर की सर्जरी शुरू होती है। डोनर के लिवर की जाँच होती है। और लिवर अगर अच्छा है तभी रेसिपिएंट (Recipient) की सर्जरी की प्रोसेस शुरू की जाती है। दोनों टाइप के लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट प्रोसेस में कम्पलीट (Complete) लिवर को निकाला जाता है। और लिविंग डोनर लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट है तो आधा लिवर और डिसीज्ड डोनर लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट है तो पूरा लिवर रेसिपिएंट की बॉडी में फिक्स किया जाता है।
इस पुरे प्रोसेस के लिए एवरेज टाइम 6 – 10 घंटे लगते है। ट्रांसप्लांट ख़तम होने के बाद पेशंट को ICU में शिफ्ट किया जाता है। ICU में पेशंट की रिकवरी कैसे होती है इसके बारे में हम अगले वीडियो में जानकारी लेंगे।
