Organ Transplant
• Cadaver Donations-
Responsible for all activities related to organ donation including monitoring of the health of potential donors, convincing the relatives towards organ donations, arranging medical facilities towards the same and follow-up of all the related activities, like required documentation for the legal process . Communication with Physicians, Consultants and the Patient’s relatives and ZTCC.
• Live Donations-
Counselling of patients and their relatives for live organ donation, Completion of required documentation for authorization committee, conducting the meeting of the committee, fixing the date of transplant and making all necessary arrangements, co-ordination among various departments, maintaining the required documents, Reporting to all concerned departments
