Liver Transplant में Donor ka risk कितना होता हैं?

सिलेक्शन क्राइटेरिया –
१. दाता की आयु 18 से 55 के बीच होनी चाहिए
२. दाता फिजिकली फिट होना चाहिए। उसको डायबिटीज या हाइपरटेंशन जैसी बीमारी नहीं होनी चाइये।
३. दाता का वेट आइडियल होना चाहिए। और BMI २० के आस पास ही रहना चाहिए। ४. दाता शराब, ड्रग्स या धूम्रपान का आदी नहीं होना चाहिए।
५. दाता का ब्लड ग्रुप प्राप्तकर्ता के ब्लड ग्रुप से साथ संगत होना चाहिए।

दाता अगर ये सब क्राइटेरिया में फिट होता है तो वह आइडियल दाता है। उसके बाद दाता अपने लिवर का कितना हिस्सा दे सकता है यह कैलकुलेट किया जाता है।यह प्राप्तकर्ता के वेट के हिसाब से कैलकुलेट किया जाता है। आमतौर पर यह वेट के ०.८ % के ऊपर होता है। दाता में जो लिवर का हिस्सा बाकि रहता है वह काम से काम ३०% होना चाहिए। दाता के रिस्क और प्राप्तकर्ता का ग्राफ्ट वॉल्यूम अगर मैच करता है तभी वो आइडियल डोनर कहलाता है। Hello friends, till now we have learned in detail about the recipient’s tests, surgery, post-transplant care in the liver transplant process. Selection Criteria –

1. The age of the donor must be between 18 and 55 years.

2. The donor must be physically fit. He should not have the disease like diabetes or hypertension.

3. The donor’s weight should be ideal. And BMI should remain around 20.

4. The donor should not be addicted to alcohol, drugs, or smoking.

5. The donor’s blood group must be compatible with the recipient’s blood group.

If the donor fits all the criteria, then he is the ideal donor. After that, how much part of his liver can donate is calculated. It is calculated according to the weight of the recipient. It is usually above 0.8% of the weight. The amount of liver left in the donor should be 30% of the liver. Only if the donor’s risk and the recipient’s graft volume match is it called an ideal donor.
