Diwali is a festival of sweets and snacks.  We consume lots of oily and fried foods, which can make our liver unhealthy. Nobody wants to spoil their Diwali with health issues or avoid sweets. We need to take care of our health and other things.

In this video, we are going to discuss some tips which can be helpful for health during festivals and how you can clebrate happy and healthy Diwali without avoiding sweets or snacks.

Here are some health tips that must be followed:

1) Eat Homemade Sweets.
2) Give 30-45 mins daily to exercise.
3) Try replacing sugar with jaggery.
4) Be cautious of sweet concoctions and limit your intake.
5) Select dark chocolate.
6) Avoid wailing.
7) Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of lukewarm water.
