Nowadays COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENTS and FOOD INDUSTRY have defamed ghee completely, saying that ghee will increase your cholesterol, fats weight, and HEART problems, and the risk of HEART ATTACK will increase, but what is the truth, let’s see in this blog –

We always want to be away from ghee, because we think ghee contains FATS, but do all fats bad and harmful to the body?

      Firstly, what are fats???

There are 2 types of fats:  SATURATED FATS and UNSATURATED FATS – The first type is SATURATED FATS, which are absolutely harmful to your health, and the second type is UNSATURATED FATS, which are of further 3 types – MONO – UNSATURATED FATS, POLYUNSATURATED FATS & TRANS FAT.

People sometimes mistake ghee for any other saturated fat, which is why there is confusion about ghee. Ghee has a very distinctive carbon atom structure that is significantly smaller than that of typical, often occurring, and justifiably dreaded saturated fat. What gives ghee all of its healing, even miraculous abilities is this particular carbon atom chain.

According to a 2011 study by researchers from the National Dairy Research Institute in Haryana and published in The Indian Journal of Medical Research, ghee made from cow’s milk “enhances the availability of enzymes responsible for detoxification of cancer-causing substances,” which may actually protect us from cancer. “The lack of complete knowledge is the cause of the greatest uncertainty. packaged oils are seen to be healthful by many people. In reality, since ghee contains the kind of fat necessary for absorbing fat-soluble vitamins like A and E, it is recommended to avoid the saturated fat found in “fibre-rich” biscuits and “iron-enriched” cereals.

      • Boosting Your Immunity – Butyric acid, which is present in ghee, is crucial in the battle against free radicals and other components that harm the body. It aids in enhancing the body’s resistance and strengthening it more healthfully.
      • Anti-Inflammatory Properties – Butyrate, a fatty acid strong in anti-inflammatory qualities that calms both internal and exterior inflammations, is a component of ghee.
      • Enhances Cardiac Health – While ghee contains a lot of fat, it is a mostly healthy fat (unsaturated fat) that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. A healthy cardiovascular system is made possible by good fatty acid, which is also proven to lower cholesterol levels when consumed in moderation.
      • Reduces obesity – Ghee, which is loaded with conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), may be very helpful in the fight against obesity. Numerous studies show that CLA helps people lose some body fat, which prevents them from gaining too much weight.
      • Ghee adds Glow to Hair and Skin – Ghee has been used as a natural moisturiser for many years. Ghee was used by women in the past to add a coating of moisture and gloss to their skin and hair by scooping up a coin-sized amount and applying it. Ghee removes dryness, itching, and dandruff from the hair when applied to the scalp. Apply ghee to your hair and let it sit for a few hours before rinsing it off for a shiny mane.
      • It Helps with Constipation.
      • It’s the best Laxative for Bowel moment.
      • It maintains a healthy Mucosal  Lining  of
      • It aids in lowering the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides that build up in the liver and eventually cause fatty liver and non-alcoholic hepatitis. Ghee also lowers the amount of toxic substances in the liver that contribute to atherogenesis.

Finishing on a Sweet Note –

Ghee is currently available all over India and the world. The advantages of ghee transcend a wide range of dietary preferences, and it is now a staple of international cuisine, where health-conscious consumers and food lovers are switching to this kind of excellent fat to improve their daily diets.
